Veil or No Veil???
Cant decide whether to have a veil or hairpiece?? Deciding to have a veil or a hairpiece is a very personal decision and also sometimes a difficult one if you like both!

Some things to consider...you really may have your heart set on wearing a veil for walking down the aisle the ceremony to complete the look and have the “lifting of the veil” moment to kiss your groom and you should absolutely have this….. BUT!..... you also really want to show off your beautiful hair style and don’t want the veil for the reception!
Have a hairpiece too! Have both! Think about having designed a hairpiece to compliment your gown that your bridesmaids can put in for you before you enter the reception, that way you still get to have something beautiful in your hair big or small.

As a celebrant I am finding with brides that have a veil some like to have the veil lifted by their father's at the giving away part of the ceremony where as others like to have the veil lifted by their grooms just before the kiss. Both of these work.
The hairpiece is a great idea: something to mention to the couples that come to see me.
Keep up the great articles.
