Annette has been in the Travel Industry for 20 years starting off as a tour guide in the early 90s escorting tours around Europe for the 18 to 35 Market. After 5 years of working and travelling overseas Annette returned to Perth where she sought out a career in travel, promptly securing a position with a leading travel agency chain in Australia as a Travel Consultant. While working for this company Annette soon became an expert in the field of travel, she opened and managed 2 stores in Western Australia and proudly received awards in all categories of travel including Top Novice Shop for WA. During this time Annette also spent 2 years in training and recruitment ensuring that the right people were employed and that their skills were continually updated.

In April 2006 Annette bought her first store, Harvey World Travel Belmont. By putting her knowledge of the travel industry and her skills in training and recruitment to work Annette soon raised the level and service standards provided by HWT Belmont to one of the highest in the state and received full recognition of this by winning Top Agency Award WA for 2009 and was a finalist in 2010.
